Validate contractual obligations present in certain contracts, particularly those that may limit or govern the use of tools or technologies.

You are a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in legal technology, in the late stage of your first year or in your second year.
You have a strong interest in contract law and/or business law.
