Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), a multi-office national defense firm and the largest minority owned law firm in the United States, is seeking a Law Clerk to join our Securities & Corporate Law team in our New York City office. This is a part-time, hybrid position designed for a current 2L or 3L law student interested in gaining hands-on experience in securities, corporate, and business-related legal matters.
The Law Clerk will work closely with attorneys on a variety of securities and corporate law matters while gaining practical experience in a law firm environment. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated law student with an interest in securities regulation, corporate law, and business-related legal issues who is looking to develop their research, writing, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and able to balance part-time legal work with their academic responsibilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This position provides an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on legal experience while working alongside attorneys in a national law firm. The Law Clerk will gain exposure to securities and corporate matters while further developing practical research, writing, and professional skills.
