Responsible for servicing the Lavatory and Water systems on all types of aircraft. Requires that all persons
servicing an aircraft have sufficient knowledge to properly understand the correct system operation, how to identify
abnormal operations and how to properly service each system the employee is responsible for.
Main accountabilities include:

In performing functions, duties or tasks, employees are required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be
aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Employees
are required to notify superiors upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.
All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be
performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of
knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations
from superiors or authorized company representatives.
• Thorough servicing of the Lavatory and/or Water Systems of any assigned aircraft to company and/or client
specifications and procedures to include but not limited to the following:
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Check the operation of the equipment, have and use all required safety equipment, plan your time effectively
and follow all safety procedures of the company and client. For example, have chocks on the vehicle, back-up
the vehicle carefully using mirrors and guide-man when necessary, before leaving the driver's seat, shift to
neutral/park and apply parking brake.
• Complete the required comprehensive LAV/Water training program and complete all testing at the required
levels.
• Report all aircraft strikes, accidents or incidents to the appropriate management person.
• Leave notice for supervisor to re-order supply items that are running low.
• Do all reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Must be familiar with all FAA/ TSA/Airline/Company regulations.
• Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work
area and report maintenance needs.
• Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.
• Ensure safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security,
and all government statutory requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or
immediate danger to health and safety.
• Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor,
who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
• Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and
safety rules or procedures.
• Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
• Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
Qualifications and Experience
• Previous driving experience of tractor trailers, box trucks, buses, etc. preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a home telephone.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license, commercial license preferred.
• Must have minimum of HS diploma or GED/Equivalent Required.
• Treat all information as confidential.
• Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift and climb stairs.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 70 lbs.
• Physical exam may be required to confirm above.
• DMV check required.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug test.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to verbally direct in English.
• Must possess the necessary authorization to work in the U.S. from the Immigration and Naturalization Service
(INS).
• 30-40% outside work.
• May be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays.
• May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels.
