Laundry Valet

Are you attentive to detail, service-oriented, and committed to garment care excellence? We are looking for a Laundry Valet who will handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning services with care, accuracy, and professionalism—ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Collecting guest laundry and dry-cleaning items promptly and courteously.
• Checking garments for stains, damages, and special care instructions; recording details accurately.
• Tagging, sorting, and preparing laundry for processing according to hotel procedures.
• Coordinating with the laundry team to ensure correct washing, pressing, and finishing.
• Delivering clean garments to guest rooms on time, neatly pressed and well presented.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests related to laundry services professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of laundry transactions, charges, and deliveries.
• Ensuring confidentiality and respect for guest belongings at all times.
• Adhering to hygiene, safety, and hotel SOP standards.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Laundry Valet or Laundry Attendant, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of fabric types, garment care, and basic stain removal (an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance with a polite, service-focused attitude.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and delivery tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
