Kendal at Oberlin's Hospitality Services Department is currently seeking a Laundry Team Lead for a full-time, 40 hours per week position. This is a 6:30a to 3:00p, Monday through Friday schedule, with the expectation of covering weekends/holidays when staff request off. The Laundry Team Lead is responsible for fostering a high level of teamwork with staff through effective communication, training and coaching while maintaining sanitary conditions in the laundry at all times.
