Laundry & Housekeeping Attendant

Greencroft Communities – Walnut Hills
Location: Walnut Creek, OH
Pay: $13.18 - $16.83 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Greencroft Communities is seeking a Laundry & Housekeeping attendant to join our team at Walnut Hills Campus. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support housekeeping and laundry staff
  • Schedule team members, including holiday coverage
  • Monitor quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage department supplies and inventory
  • Conduct team meetings and communicate updates
  • Assist with special projects and provide hands-on support when needed
  • Promote teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (scheduling, ordering, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred
