Job Description

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hotel located in Plymouth, MA at 16 Plaza Way is looking to hire a Part-Time Hotel Laundry Attendant Day and Evening Shifts available.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens including sheets, towels, and other fabric items.
  • Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washers and dryers.
  • Inspect linens for cleanliness and repair any damaged items.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure an adequate supply of linens for guest rooms.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
  • Handle guest requests for additional linens or replacement items promptly and with exceptional service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy laundry carts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks.
  • Knowledge of safe handling and usage of laundry chemicals.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
