In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our housekeeping operations—keeping linens fresh, crisp, and ready to create the perfect guest experience. What You’ll Do

  • Hand-fold terry items, blankets, and spreads to meet daily operational needs.
  • Track linen and terry production, reporting concerns promptly to avoid delays.
  • Operate laundry equipment safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when needed.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for emergencies, chemical use, and protective gear.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.
  • Comply with all Housekeeping and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
  • Basic English skills preferred.
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
  • Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
