Position Highlights:

We are seeking a new team member to help work in the laundry department as needed. If you are looking for a 3-day work-week position, this may be for you. Hours would be 8am – 4:30pm with some flexibility. There may be the option to pick up additional hours if warranted in the department. Occasional weekend and holidays may be required. Job Summary

Ensures clean and adequate supply of linen throughout the entire facility.

• Essential functions include, but not limited to:
• Follows and completes work assignments according to the schedule.
• Picks up, transports, loads linen into equipment, inspects and counts linen, folds, delivers, and stores linen in appropriate place.
• Properly handles linen and safely uses operates linen equipment.
• Completes inventory as needed.
• Communicates courteously with facility staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned and reports to Director of Environmental Services.

Education and/or Experience/Licensure/Certification

• Education: High School diploma preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is helpful, but not required. On the job training provided.

Pay

Minimum wage is $17.00 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
