About Us:

Vineyard Post Acute is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Our skilled nursing facility prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect for every individual we serve. We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team!

Schedule:

  • Rotation of 4 days on and 2 days off
  • AM shift - 5:00am - 1:30pm and PM shift - 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Job Summary:

As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents. You will be responsible for laundering linens, clothing, and other items, ensuring that our residents have everything they need for comfort and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing items.
  • Ensure proper handling and sorting of all laundry according to facility standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment.
  • Report any damaged or missing items to the appropriate staff.
  • Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to meet the laundry needs of residents.
