Job Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082At Vicar’s Landing, our Laundry Services team plays a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Every fresh sheet, neatly folded towel, and well-cared-for garment makes a difference in someone’s day.
In this role, you’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive team that keeps our community running behind the scenes—while still making a meaningful impact every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing for residents and departments
- Follow proper procedures for spotting, soaking, and handling laundry to maintain quality standards
- Safely prepare and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines and labeling requirements
- Keep laundry equipment and work areas clean, organized, and sanitized
- Transport supplies and equipment to work areas efficiently at the start of each shift
- Report damaged equipment or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all safety practices, including proper handling of soiled linens and use of protective equipment
- Treat residents and their belongings with respect, dignity, and care
- Support team operations with a positive, “can-do” attitude and assist with additional duties as needed
Skills You NeedSkills You Need
Must Have Skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team-oriented with a respectful and positive attitude
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience
- Experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
