Opportunity – Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

Ensure the structured, integrated, and efficient execution of product launches in new markets (geographic expansion) and plant transfer projects, ensuring the plant’s operational readiness, master data integrity, and compliance with timelines, quality, cost, and service requirements. The role acts as the end‑to‑end (E2E) focal point between Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Production, and global teams, mitigating risks during ramp‑up and industrialization.

- Validate and monitor Product Master Files (PMFs)

- Inform the involved areas of the first production batch date with the new artwork

- Communicate new product codes to affiliates and relevant stakeholders

- Coordinate, together with the artwork team, the issuance of ICOs (Intercompany Charges) in cases of WOFF / write-off costs, ensuring clear communication to affiliates

- Update and maintain the Bill of Materials according to changes in product, process, or supplier

- Support production during the initial launch phases, assisting in the resolution of deviations and post-start adjustments.

- Green Belt (desirable)
- ERP Protheus knowledge (desirable)

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Fluent English (required for daily interactions with the global team)
