Job Description

Launch Project Quality Engineer

What you’ll do:
  • Follow up on APDS and PPAP processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements.

  • Manage and track customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.

  • Conduct visits to customer locations to support quality topics, issue resolution, and relationship management.

  • Develop and complete Prototype, Pre‑production, and Serial Production Control Plans in alignment with customer and internal standards.

  • Actively participate in PFMEA activities, strengthening error‑proofing and risk prevention measures.

  • Verify that results from Quality‑related activities at R@R comply with Autoliv and customer requirements.

  • Ensure closure of all open quality issues prior to SOP, minimizing launch risks.

  • Identify and analyze quality risks, escalate appropriately to management, propose corrective actions, and verify effective closure.

  • Support timely and accurate review, approval, and sign‑off of customer PPAP submissions

What is required:

•Strong customer focus, execution management, and ability to engage and inspire others across functions and cultures.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to quality excellence.

  • Ability to make sound decisions, manage risks, and ensure accountability in quality‑driven environments.

  • Experience in Process Quality and Quality Systems, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and customer systems.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing or automotive environments.

  • Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with high ethical standards and integrity.

  • Innovative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and continuous learner with strong technical orientation.

  • Global mindset with willingness to travel and work in cross‑regional teams.

  • English proficiency minimum B2 level (verbal and written).
