Owner of the 8D and NCM process-D1-D3; − Coordinate with cross function to solve quality issue − Involve in the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis − Ensure proper description and communication about any supplier issue − Define and follow up execution of containment actions − Assign the NCM to the Serial SQ and handover problem description − Communicate the NCM closure to Plant Management and ACH SQ Responsible for verification of the new projects incoming inspection and interim inspection plan. Launch support for new components, replacement tools and serial changes in the plant − Support management of component PPAP parts in the plant (Line trials / PV tests etc. until plant approval) Score the AS051 rating for RESP in the NCM database Fulfill the specific customer requirements applicable to plant level for related suppliers Execute regular supplier audits planned by the CSQ (AS 2 and AS 69) Supplier quality improvement on plant level, in collaboration with CSQ. Responsible for claim supplier for warranty issue and quality issue. Lead supplier continual improvement such as red supplier review monthly Take the quality role in change case according to CCB procedure To take other job allocated by Management team.
