Your Key Responsibilites:

Global Job Name:Launch Mgmt. Eng.

1. Develop launch timing schedule, coordinate and control all launch activities, track the progress, define corrective measures, if deviation.
2. Coordinate the development of manufacturing line concepts
3. Develop project investment plan and tracking progress, ensure align with approved budget
4. Ensure other costs, labor, startup costs are according to approved project Budget
5. Driving DFM reviews and improvements
6. Coordinate line set up and release, PPAP build and ramp up to meet all launch targets (CT, OEE, FPY, Scrap etc.).
7. Launch status reporting and escalation if needed
8. Create and release launch documents (WI SOS, process flow, PFMEA, CER, LSR)
9. Create and maintain SAP BOM& Routing
10. Driving NPL sample builds to completion and resolve open issues
11. Support new project acquisition and provide inputs from operation
12. Coordinating change and implement into production.
13. Manufacturing capacity analysis and planning.
14. Serial production performance tracking and continuous improvement

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
2. 3–5 years’ cross-functional experience in automotive or consumer electronics industry.
3. Excellent skills in communication, presentation, time & conflict management.
4. Minimum 2 projects as NPI/Project Manager; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
5.Experience in multicultural/international projects; proficient English for daily working.
