Main Objective:Describe the overall purpose of the position
The Shift Manager is primarily responsible for leading production operations for a paint shop, utilizing the Stellantis Production Way principles to achieve all required KPIs and KAIs. The Shift Manager will drive a culture and processes that promote continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Environmental. This position will work with all levels of the organization to maximize overall quality and efficiency using WCM methodologies
