About the Role
As a Launch Leader, reporting to the Launch Engineering Manager, you will be the main technical interface between stakeholders, ensuring smooth product planning, design, and industrialization while optimizing process quality, capacity, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
• Align technical needs between Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, and Customers
• Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables are met.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for pre-production orders
• Drive PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and quality procedures
• Ensure capacity studies, technical feasibility, and risk analysis
• Support process definition, investment planning, and equipment reuse
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• Fluent English (German is an advantage).
• Proactive leader with strong communication skills.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing (SMT, automation, testing).
