Lead the Autoliv Production Development System (APDS) for steering wheel operations, ensuring flawless launches and on‑time approvals (TG3, MOAB).
Drive launch performance with a strong focus on zero customer complaints, new project implementation, and SOP readiness.
Manage APDS process follow‑up, and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
Lead PFMEA activities from prototype through serial production, strengthening error‑proofing and risk mitigation.
Support PPAP reviews, R@R activities, audits, and ensure closure of all open issues prior to SOP.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Process, Industrial Engineering, or Quality roles.
Hands‑on experience with PFMEA, industrial engineering, and manufacturing launch activities.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset with customer focus.
Effective communicator with leadership capability, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage execution.
Fluent English and willingness to travel to support customer and Autoliv global locations.
