Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce openings for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in Sofia, Bulgaria, including a relocation package to assist with your move! We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Latvian-speaking clients.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Latvian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Latvian and English through various communication channels
- Handle customer inquiries, challenges, and requests efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvements
- Stay informed about product information and company updates
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Latvian and English, with excellent communication abilities
- Customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
