In this vital role, you will engage with our Latvian-speaking clients to help them understand how our innovative cloud solutions can enhance their business operations. Your expertise in B2B sales will be crucial in establishing strong client relationships and driving sales success.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Latvian-speaking clients to assess their needs and propose tailored B2B cloud solutions
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and clearly articulate the benefits of our services
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to closing deals
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in B2B sales and a background in a customer-facing role is advantageous
• Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset towards achieving sales objectives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions
• Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
