Listen, engage and help customers with their inquiries over e-mail, chat or phone

YOU NEED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and Russian; at least intermediate skills in English
Very good computer and typing skills
Ability to focus on details and multitask
Strong active listening skills - give attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand and ask questions when appropriate
Problem solving skills and ability to adapt to change with positive attitude
Readiness to work flexible hours and shifts - the customer support department works from 7:00 AM - 2:00 AM all days.
