For the 2026-2027 academic year, SAR High School is seeking a part time Latin teacher. Students build foundational language skills, including key grammatical concepts and vocabulary connected to Roman culture. As they progress, students read original Latin texts, analyze their historical and literary significance, and demonstrate their achievement through the National Latin Exam.

Teaching responsibilities could include: Three sections of Latin (10 periods per week) from intermediate to honors levels and across 10th, 11th and 12th grades.

The salary is $35,000-$55,000 and commensurate with experience and number of sections.
