As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Investment Banking team, you will support transaction execution and client deliverables across M&A and capital raising. You will build financial models, perform valuation and impact analyses, and help prepare materials for client and internal audiences. You will work closely with deal teams and external advisors to manage diligence workflows and support timely execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models to analyze outcomes under multiple scenarios
• Perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysis
• Prepare and review transaction analyses, including accretion/dilution and value creation assessments
• Support day-to-day deal execution by coordinating with deal team members, clients, counterparties, and external advisors
• Manage due diligence workflows, including maintaining data rooms and tracking information requests and responses
• Review and analyze company information and diligence materials to support transaction decisions
• Prepare pitch materials, descriptive memorandums, management presentations, and board-level presentations
• Analyze transaction rationale, structure, and financial impact to support recommendations
• Monitor client, industry, and transaction-related developments and incorporate insights into deliverables
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control, and confidentiality across all materials

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, with basic understanding of legal and tax considerations related to M&A transactions
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysis
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints while managing multiple deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain analyses concisely
• Professional maturity and ability to interact with clients appropriately
• Strong ethics, integrity, and judgment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience supporting M&A transactions
• Experience building three-statement models and pro forma models
• Experience preparing client presentations and transaction marketing materials
• Demonstrated ability to manage diligence processes and coordinate across stakeholders
