岗位职责：
1. 按照产品图纸及作业指导书完成产品机加工，确保加工产品符合质量要求并按时交付。
2.记录产品加工作业的相关数据，确保产品质量可追溯性。
3.按照《日常点检表》或TPM手册要求维护保养所用设备，确保所用设备的稳定性和可靠性。
4.执行对本岗位的5S和精益要求，保证加工现场的整洁、有序。
5.在生产过程中严格按照《安全操作规程》要求完成生产操作。
6.了解所有与职位相关的HSE和质量管理体系规范，在工作过程中严格遵照执行。
7.在不违反法律法规的前提下，接受上级安排的临时任务
8.理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求。
任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历，机械类相关专业，具有独立识机械图纸能力。
2.3年或以上大型数控车床工作经验，特别是有复合型数控车床操作经验者。
3.可独立完成车床加工程序的编制，熟悉西门子编程系统。
4.对工作有较高的要求，能够在岗位上不断获取新知识，提升相关技能。
5.具备法规符合意识，能够严格按照规章制度完成作业。
