Job Description

Pay: $15.75/hour + performance based tier pay

Location: Logan, UT

Hours: Part Time, Monday-Friday

Our Late Fees Specialist review bills that were processed with a late fee amount showing on them to determine a root cause. We work extensively with teams and processes across multiple departments to determine if any delays or mistakes were made and to determine if the late fee was due to the Client, Conservice, or the Provider. We value taking initiative here at Conservice, so you’ll need a commitment to get to the bottom of issues. Responsibilities

As a Late Fee Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating utility late fee causes with utility providers and Conservice team members.
  • Communicating with team members and leadership to resolve issues at the root cause.
  • Documenting detailed research notes about late fee causes in company database
  • Working with utility providers to late fee amounts waived.
  • Preparing monthly late fee reports for clients and internal leadership to review.

  • Ability to recognize, report, and explain mistakes in a respectful manner.
  • Feel comfortable preparing reports and helping review other’s work.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
