Job Description

The LATAM Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating regional compensation, benefits, and international mobility processes across LATAM, ensuring alignment with Group policies while adapting to local market and legal requirements.

Based in Sorocaba and reporting to the LATAM Total Rewards Manager, the role acts as a regional interface between local HR teams, and Corporate Rewards, with strong operational ownership and regional coordination responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual salary review, MBO/SMBO, and incentive cycles across LATAM countries
  • Provide first-level support to local HR teams on compensation and benefits topics
  • Support the implementation and administration of equity programs (e.g. Long-Term Incentives, Employee Share Purchase Plans)
  • Maintain, validate, and analyze base salary files, benefits inventories, and reward data
  • Support market benchmarking activities and salary surveys (e.g. Korn Ferry, Mercer), including data validation and country coordination
  • Ensure compliance with Group Total Rewards frameworks and local regulations
  • Support audits, internal controls, and data consistency checks
  • Coordinate international assignments and expatriate packages in line with mobility policies
  • Liaise with external vendors (relocation, tax, immigration) and internal stakeholders
  • Track assignment costs, allowances, documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding of assignees
  • Act as a regional coordinator, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across countries

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Controlling
  • Proven experience working in a regional or multi-country LATAM environment
  • Exposure to international mobility or expatriate management is a strong plus
  • Experience with salary surveys and benchmarking tools preferred
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • High attention to detail, strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in matrix and international environments
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus
