The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the LATAM Key Account Manager for Marketplace Management, you will own the commercial strategy, growth delivery, and operational excellence across Amazon and Mercado Libre in Latin America. You will be accountable for exceeding revenue and profitability targets, strengthening marketplace fundamentals, and building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Driving profitable growth through disciplined marketplace strategy and execution for Littmann™

  • Leading high-impact negotiations that unlock incremental growth and improved commercial terms

  • Partnering closely with Marketing, eCommerce Specialist and cross functional teams to translate strategy into results

  • Collaborate with supply chain to ensure optimized OTIF and provide proactive and accurate inputs for the demand plan

  • Establishing strong operating rhythms to monitor performance and rapidly correct course

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth Strategy & Account Leadership

  • Own Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for LATAM marketplaces, translating objectives into clear execution roadmaps

  • Ensure ownership of critical eCommerce operational topics, driving the daily operating model and resolving key execution blockers

  • Drive business retention and profitable expansion through end-to-end marketplace management

  • Lead disciplined weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms and business reviews

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing & eCommerce

  • Partner with Marketing to align marketplace execution to campaigns, positioning, and launches

  • Collaborate daily with marketing and eCommerce Specialist to optimize digital shelf performance, content, and conversion

  • Co-develop promotional calendars, testing roadmaps, and conversion-focused initiatives with Marketing

Negotiation & Commercial Excellence

  • Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to secure improved terms, programs, and visibility

  • Influence internal stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to maximize return on investment

  • Manage escalations and complex issues through structured problem-solving and executive communication

Performance Management & KPI Ownership

  • Define and own a balanced scorecard across sales, profitability, conversion, media efficiency, and operational KPIs

  • Lead weekly dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly performance readouts with clear insights and actions

Marketplace Fundamentals & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure best-in-class listing quality, pricing integrity, compliance, and inventory availability

  • Coordinate flawless execution of product launches, portfolio changes, and refreshes

  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans

Global & Area Alignment

  • Act as the primary LATAM marketplace interface with Global and Area teams (e.g., USAC, EMEA)

  • Align LATAM plans with global strategies, campaigns, launches, and governance standards

  • Share regional insights, best practices, risks, and opportunities to influence global roadmaps

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum):

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-related roles

  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with measurable growth outcomes

  • Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:

  • Direct experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or other third-party marketplaces

  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L and ROI management

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency

  • Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation capabilities

  • Experience collaborating across global and regional teams

Responsibilities of this position include compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.

Work location: Remote
