The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key accounts and key retailer relationships within the Mexico market. This role will focus on expanding our direct serve business and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and major retailers in the Mexico market
• Create and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts
Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, collaborate with them to develop joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
• Provide training and support to retailer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and drive salesQualificationsQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on key account/key retailer development in Mexico market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
