We are currently looking for a LATAM Sales Strategy & Planning Specialist to join our Sales Latam team.

The Sales Strategy & Planning Specialist plays a strategic role within the LATAM Sales organization, supporting Nissan’s vision of building a profitable and sustainable business across the region. This position coordinates regional Sales projects—focused on operational efficiency, digital transformation, and continuous improvement—while integrating data, optimizing processes, and enabling high‑impact decision‑making for LATAM markets and Nissan Global (NML). The role also oversees the regional Corporate Sales function, driving performance evaluation, new business schemes, and operational excellence.

A Typical Day at Nissan

  • Support the design, planning, and execution of LATAM Sales projects focused on improving operational efficiency and business performance.

  • Coordinate project development from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, proper documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Monitor ongoing project performance, identify risks, and escalate improvement opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Information Systems (IS) teams for system development, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.

  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including the digitalization, automation, and optimization of processes and workflows across the region.

  • Develop, consolidate, and analyze LATAM Corporate Sales performance reports.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring accuracy and proper spending allocation.

  • Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and special executive requests.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a commercial orientation, Business Administration or Marketing degree.

  • At least 3 solid years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Market Intelligence, or related roles—preferably in the automotive sector.

  • Advanced proficiency level of English.

  • Advanced Excel (DB management), Power Point (PPT’s executive preparation).

Desirable:

  • Experience working with regional or multi-country environments is highly desirable.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
