  • Translate business insights into targeted coaching strategies, learning interventions, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support managers in diagnosing performance challenges, reinforcing effective sales behaviors, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support commercial business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, HR, and Central Enablement teams to align leadership development initiatives with regional business priorities.
  • Partner with Acquisition and Expansion Enablement Specialists to reinforce consultative selling capabilities and accelerate new-hire ramp-up.
  • Support the adoption and reinforcement of intermediate and advanced sales methodologies through effective manager coaching.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across LATAM to understand market needs, influence priorities, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Identify best practices and scale effective coaching and leadership development approaches across teams and markets.

Program Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the end-to-end execution of leadership development initiatives, from needs assessment and content design to facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop high-quality learning materials, facilitator guides, manager toolkits, job aids, and digital training resources.
  • Implement post-training reinforcement strategies to ensure learning translates into consistent on-the-job behaviors.
  • Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback, behavior change, coaching quality, team productivity, and relevant commercial KPIs.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery based on business results, stakeholder feedback, and evolving organizational needs.

What You'll Need
