LATAM PS Market Supply Chain Planner

• This role is responsible for managing Market oriented planning activities for LATAM or a cluster under LATAM for personal systems, ensuring the business goals and KPI's are achieved, the role requires interaction with multiple areas / functions in the end to end, such as Market category, Customer Ops, Logistics, Finance, Division Fulfillment and Global teams.

Responsibilities
• Attainment execution for Market Share and Revenue
• Demand / Supply match for DC orders
• Inventory management (HOI and Aged)
• Supply Chain cost control
• Executes with speed and predictability based on TCE (Total Customer Experience) targets
• Coordinates and leads weekly meetings with market category to ensure actions are clear and aligned
• Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
• Coordinates / Aligns end to end execution with different areas depending on the stage of the order.
• Ensures open backlog is healthy

Education & Experience Recommended
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Degree in administration or engineering

Preferred Certifications
• Yellow / Green belt preferably
• PMP / Black belt nice to have
