At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Portfolio and Project Management Team is seeking a Latam Project Manager Coordinator in Mexico City.

Accountabilities:

  • Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
  • Researching information as required and analyzing data for project execution.
  • To monitor progress and identify any issues and to make adjustment to the projects if neces-sary.
  • Provide with project updates to stakeholders about strategy, progress, and manage stake-holder expectative.
  • Lead meetings and to develop documents to monitor the projects.
  • Coordinate with other project managers to monitor other projects’ executions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requisitos

  • Academic level: Knowledge in biological sciences: agronomist, biology or chemistry, business administrator, engineer with process skills.
  • Specialization in project management (diploma, master's degree, certificate, etc.)
  • English: level B2 or C1 (written and verbal)
  • 1-3 years in project management.
  • Data science, basic level
  • AI tool.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Critical thinking: planning, analysis, creativity and innovation.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Proactive, flexible, dynamic and adaptation capabilities, negotiation skills.
  • Learship and teamwork skills, effective communication (written and verbal), persuasive.
  • Work under pressure, sense of urgency, problem-solving skills.
  • Good attitude and emotional Intelligence.
  • Collaboration across boundaries.
