Job Description

As an Associate on the Strategy Planning & Analytics team, you will be a key architect of TikTok’s monetization engine across Latin America. This isn’t a "maintenance" role; you will be responsible for building the frameworks that define how we forecast revenue, optimize sales performance, and allocate resources across one of the world's fastest-growing digital landscapes. You will sit at the intersection of high-level financial planning (FP&A) and data deep-dives, ensuring that our growth is both ambitious and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Forecasting & Modeling: Develop and refine sophisticated forecasting models to predict revenue and user behavior across diverse LATAM markets.

• Sales Planning & FP&A: Lead the end-to-end sales planning process, establishing targets that balance ambition with statistical reality. You will manage the P&L mindset for the region, ensuring every dollar spent is optimized for ROI.

• The Global-Local Bridge: Act as the primary analytical pulse between the LATAM business and the global HQ. This requires managing high-velocity communication and translating regional nuances into actionable data for global stakeholders.

• Monetization Insight: Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened." You will utilize data analysis to identify risks and monetization opportunities within the sales funnel.

• Operational Excellence: Build and automate dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales health, removing the friction from decision-making for the leadership team.
