What you will do

TheLATAMDemand Planning, IBP and S&OE Business Process Owner (BPO), Planning Excellence Manageris responsible for

• Shaping,standardizingand strengthening Demand Planning,IBPand S&OE processes by identifyingappropriate internaland external best practices to develop strategic plans and meet the needs of the Region

• Leading key Global Plan programs and initiatives, with a focus on advancing Planning Capabilities, enabling growth, improving customerexperienceand driving E2E Supply Chain efficiencies

Key Responsibilities

• AdvancesDemand Planning,IBPand S&OEPlanning Capabilities (people, process, technology)

• Standardizes and improve processes and introduces new processes based on their functionalexpertise, external best practice, andPlan TransformationPlaybooks

• Leads key global projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally toprioritizeresources and mitigate risk

• Leads change managementpracticesto ensureeffectiveimplementation and integration of initiatives

• Collaborateswith GlobalGPEx, IT and DTO to prioritize technology roadmap

• Work closely with Plan Leaders to implementtrainingprograms in the region

• Creates andmaintainsfunctional community ofpractices(CoP) tofacilitatethe sharing of best practices,deliver system and processtrainingand manage process improvement projects

• Leads ongoing process governance andintegrity,reporting, and data accuracy.Regularlymonitorsprocess compliance (health checks)

• Owns analytics for DP; develops and deploy consistent set of tools to improve key DP metrics and support business decisions

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 7+ YearsOfGeneral Business ExperienceAndMinimum Of 3 YearsOfDirect Supply Chain PlanningExperience (Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, Supply Planning, Inventory, Strategic Planning,Etc)

• Ability to influence Director + levels within the organization and in a matrix environment

• Ability to effectively manage projects, multipleprioritiesand timelines

• Demonstrates working knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies

• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, ANAPLAN)

• Advanced English

• Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
