Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distribution partners.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external use.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and other administrative tasks to support the team.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and propose solutions.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or scientific-related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation and adaptability to dynamic environments.
