Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of Technology Services with business needs.
  • Understand the strategic objectives of the business function and identify how Technology Services (TS) can support and enhance these objectives.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic roadmap within their domain, proactively aligning regional and global strategic priorities.
  • Prioritize these demands based on value accretive opportunities, feasibility, business impact, and resource availability, maintaining a demand pipeline, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate regional/global requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of Technology Services projects to ensure they meet regional/global business needs and support post-implementation reviews.
  • Support the planning, execution, resource management and delivery of Technology Services projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive governance for the demand management process and strategic road-mapping with Business and Technology Services leadership teams.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for IT demands, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Business Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of TS services with business needs
  • Strategic Alignment: Understand the strategic objectives of the business function and identify how TS can support and enhance these objectives. Responsible for Regional strategic roadmap in their domain and proactively identifying integration points with other domains
  • Demand Management: Gather and manage TS Services and Resources demands from the corresponding domain area (i.e., Customer Growth/Customer Manage) for the business to prioritize based on value accretive opportunities. Evaluate feasibility and plan resource capacity and allocation.
  • Business Processing Mapping & Improvement: The role will need to have and growth mastery on the corresponding business domain enabling them to analyze business processes (and requirements), identify integration with other domains, functions, and associated technologies to deliver on the expected value. The role needs to understand both currently relevant products and what is ‘ahead’ across the relevant global roadmaps (i.e., Digital Program, Business Platforms, etc.)
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of TS projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborating with regional functions and key stakeholders to understand their TS requirements and demands. Evaluating and prioritizing regional incoming TS demands based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
