Team Introduction

The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Solution Capability: Responsible for formulating last-mile courier delivery solutions for FBT, as well as designing the SOP of FBT courier logistics processes and managing logistics service providers.

- Daily Operation Capability: Take charge of key indicators related to courier timeliness, cost and experience; build operational processes, monitor daily operational data, and manage logistics service providers to ensure the sustained operation of all operational indicators.

- Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination Capability: Proactively propose optimizable points related to processes and products in daily work, and promote the cross-departmental completion of related projects.
