Supporting the development and operational functioning of the Last Mile network
Coordinating document workflow and collecting permits related to network expansion
Providing ongoing support to the expansion team
Ensuring a high standard of customer and partner service in direct relations
Handling website inquiries and coordinating verification processes for current and potential partners' commercial properties
Participating in the design, creation, and maintenance of the CRM system
Monitoring Last Mile KPIs and terms of cooperation with clients
Supporting commercial real estate market analyses
Conducting negotiations regarding changes to cooperation terms (pricing and contractual)
Developing cooperation with stakeholders across the organization to optimize processes and technology
Participating in developing the location selection strategy for network expansion
Preparing project and status presentations for stakeholders
Developing, implementing, and optimizing processes
Creating project schedules, scopes, and budgets, and supervising their execution
You have some experience in supporting distributed teams within the expansion or commercial real estate sectors
You are familiar with issues related to lease agreements or cooperation contracts
You are independent and proactive, able to identify team needs and actively support them in solving day-to-day challenges
You possess experience working with Project Management methodologies and tools
You have hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
You stand out with excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with various stakeholders
You think analytically and are open to innovation
You have a natural inclination for organizing, planning, and project-based work
You have the energy and determination to achieve set goals, and are ready to work under heavy workloads and tight deadlines
You have a very good command of the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
