About the Role
Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our Edison Distribution team. In this role, you will safely transport fresh floral products to customers throughout the tri-state area while providing dependable, on-time service. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and supporting our daily distribution operations.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes.
- Deliver fresh flowers and floral supplies accurately and on schedule while providing excellent customer service.
- Load, unload, and handle products carefully to maintain product quality during transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.
- Utilize GPS and route planning tools to complete deliveries efficiently.
- Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and delivery procedures.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and safely operate a refrigerated box truck. The position requires frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing in and out of the truck, and driving for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Other Information
- Location: Onsite – Edison, NJ
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as business needs require
- Start Time: 3:00 AM until route completion
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating commercial vehicles, including 16-foot box trucks or larger.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required).
- Acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools for route planning.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
