About the Role
Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our Brecksville Distribution Team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout Ohio while ensuring exceptional service and on-time delivery performance.
As a key member of our distribution team, you’ll help maintain product quality, strengthen customer relationships, and support the operational success of our growing business.
What You’ll Do
• Safely operate a 16ft refrigerated box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes
• Deliver fresh flowers and floral products accurately and on time to customers throughout the region
• Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and safe handling practices
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers during deliveries
• Utilize maps, GPS, and delivery technology to maximize route efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient daily execution
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and cooler environment (approximately 34°F) with or without reasonable accommodation.
The position also requires the ability to:
• Lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb in and out of a truck throughout the workday
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and box cutters
• Drive and sit for extended periods of time

The expected salary range for this position is listed above. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Other Information
• Onsite position based out of Brecksville, Ohio
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Daily start time is 5:00 AM until route completion
• Local travel required throughout Ohio delivery routes

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably 16ft box trucks or larger
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
• Acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools for route planning
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Dependable, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
