Growth potential into a Studio Manager and Lash Stylist
Provide lash and brow services in a luxury spa suite setting
Assist in managing day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, team support, and customer experience
Collaborate with the owner and studio manager on promotions, outreach, and community events
Post, plan, and track content for social media—be the face and voice of our brand online
Help coach and guide new team members
Support front desk and client engagement during peak times
Valid Maryland license in esthetics or cosmetology
Experience in lash extensions, lash lifts, tints, and brow services (lamination, waxing, shaping)
A genuine love for sales and connecting with clients to recommend services & memberships
A strong command of Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Experience posting and managing content, responding to DMs/comments, and building local engagement
Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude
A natural ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
