We’re seeking a Lash Stylist who is passionate, skilled, and loves making people feel their best. You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to the safe, high-quality application of lash extensions. You thrive in a team-based, uplifting environment and are ready to grow your career in beauty.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for every guest
  • Educate clients on lash and brow aftercare to maintain results
  • Recommend and promote products, memberships, and packages
  • Perform professional lash and brow services with precision and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
What You’ll Bring:
  • Active Ohio Cosmetology or Esthetics License (required)
  • 1+ year of lash experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Confidence in educating clients and engaging in continued learning
  • Availability for evenings and weekends

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
