· Perform LashKind’s signature brow and lash services at the highest level, being sure to keep the guests lash and brow health in mind · Deliver exceptional customer service · Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups · Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities · Work collaboratively and support your teammates · Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace · Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Requirements: · An up-to-date cosmetology or esthetician license for Texas· Lash extension experience: 2+yrs preferred· Experience performing other lash and brow services including facial threading, lash lift, brow lamination, tint and waxing services· A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great We make beauty goals happen!
