WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for an experienced Lash Artist who has at least 6 months of lash extension experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently, highly motivated, friendly, responsible, and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Promote products and memberships beneficial to guests
- Perform high quality, professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6+ months of in-salon experience as a Lash Stylist
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Must work at least one weekend day
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
