Rotork is going through an exciting period of change and growth, building on our existing market success. It's a great time to join us and make an impact in shaping the future of our business

This is an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract (based on a salary pay, not day/hourly rate)

As the Lasernet Document Analyst, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle, including the underlying logic, data mapping and document design, collaborating with the Development and Release teams around build and deployment of all output document requirements. You will be key to refining, designing and owning the delivery of all Documents ensuring the format and configuration is kept to the global standard and design documents are kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on design of document layouts and prototypes to validate stakeholder expectations, reduce rework during development and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Own the Lasernet Document end-to-end delivery, including layout, structure, embedded logic and data presentation.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and clearly define document requirements, including:
    • Field-level data mapping
    • Conditional logic
    • Formatting and presentation
  • Refine each requirement, translating into clear document designs and mock-ups, enabling early validation before build.
  • Facilitate workshops and working session to uncover implicit business rules and edge cases that impact document outputs.
  • Challenge requirements where logic is unclear, overly complex or deviates from the global standard.
  • Prioritise the backlog into manageable sprints for future delivery after the end of the DRIVE programme.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of all documents are built within the programme timelines.
  • Serve as the key liaison with our third-party vendor (Lasernet) to ensure their solutions align with internal development.
  • Maintain a library of approved document templates and mock-ups aligned to global standard.
  • Attend and hold daily refinement sessions with the development team to ensure alignment of timelines are adhered to, communicating any blockers or delays to the Product Manager and Programme team.

Qualifications

Required skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or document designer working closely with development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite (CE, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Field Service).
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation with business stakeholders, particularly around data, rules and outputs.
  • Ability to interrupt and define complex business logic, translating it into clear functional designs.
  • Experience creating document mock-ups/prototypes using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, PDF design tools or similar.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on detail execution.
