
The Laserfiche Systems Analyst is responsible for driving business innovation and enterprise-wide solutions using Laserfiche Cloud across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on Laserfiche system administration with business analysis, systems analysis and project management to deliver scalable, secure and well-architected solutions that can be spotlighted in the Solutions Marketplace. The role partners closely with BTO, ITS, Development and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, prioritize work and drive delivery from intake through deployment and adoption. About You - Essential Qualifications:· Experience administering or implementing enterprise software platforms, preferably content management and workflow automation solutions · Hands-on experience with system configuration, access management, and troubleshooting in cloud and hybrid environments· Demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation· Demonstrated ability to manage projects, organize priorities, and drive action items to completion· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail· Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
