WANTED 2nd shift Laser Wizards with a High-Tech Glow! ⚡

Are you ready to wield the power of light? At Standard Iron, we don’t just cut metal; we use high-powered lasers to slice through the ordinary. We’re looking for a Laser Operator who is obsessed with precision and ready to report to your  Area Leader. 

Your Mission (If you choose to accept it):
You are the guardian of the beam. Your job is to ensure every cut is defect-free, on time, and eco-friendly. You’ll be the reason our customers smile and our scrap bin stays empty.
The "High-Light" Reel of Your Day:
  • The Set-Up: You’ll select the perfect lenses, load up the programs, and dial in the parameters like a high-tech DJ.
  • Focal Point Pro: You’ll establish stop locations and adjust the beam's focal point with surgical precision.
  • Master of the Machine: From the first morning start-up to the final shut-down, you’re in total control of the laser’s "planned arrangements."
  • Quality Crusader: You’ll evaluate and correct issues before they even happen. If it’s not perfect, it’s not leaving your station.

We don't expect you to be a mind-reader, but we do expect you to be a willing learner!
  • The Ultimate Test: You’ll need to crush our general shop assessment with a 100% score within your first week. (Don't worry, we know you've got this!)
  • Experience: If you’ve worked with lasers or in a shop before, you’re already ahead of the pack.
  • Safety First: You work responsibly and safely—because even wizards need to keep their fingers.
