The role oversees workload allocation, delivery performance, quality assurance, and team capability development, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with legislative, contractual, and client requirements. The Lead provides leadership and guidance to LASE team, manages escalations, drives initiatives, and acts as a key interface between internal and client teams.
