As a AI Senior Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. Collaboration with various teams to align architectural decisions and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance natural language processing capabilities are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA), AI & Data Solution Architecture, Architectural Design.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing applications.
- Experience in managing large-scale data processing and training workflows for language models.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance model performance and scalability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex architectural challenges and providing innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
