As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. Collaboration with various teams to align architectural decisions with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance performance are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and ensure alignment with best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze and improve model performance through iterative experimentation and evaluation.
- Familiarity with computational frameworks and tools used for building and deploying language models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
